At Submissionary, we strive to deliver high-quality, custom-made gear designed just for you. As all our items are made to order, we strongly encourage customers to carefully review our size guide before making a purchase.

Faulty Item Returns

In the rare event that you receive a faulty or defective item, you may request a replacement or a refund. To initiate a return for a faulty item, please email us at info@submissionaryjiujitsu.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the defect, including the packaging label.

Non-Faulty Item Returns

If your item is the wrong size but in good condition, we can offer a replacement in a different size or store credit for future purchases. Please note that we cannot provide refunds for incorrect sizing or exchanges simply because you 'changed your mind.'

All Submissionary garments are custom-made specifically for you and therefore are not eligible for refunds unless faulty.

Custom and Clearance Items

Please be aware that all custom-made items and clearance products are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless a fault is found.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Important Notes

  1. Ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. Submissionary is not responsible for any packages lost or marked as delivered due to address errors.
  2. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product has been sent.
